Return Window

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made and engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@uliajewellry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
